We understand that when purchasing a subscription ahead of time, you are putting your faith in us to deliver a quality product. If for some reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly via email so we can rectify the situation.

This disclosure will also be emailed to subscibers to sign after purchase!

 

 

As much as we would LOVE to deliver on the promise to put out our best products every single day, our business is still based around a perishable product and we are a farm that is subject to extreme weather, crop losses, etc.

 

 

What we do promise is transparency, honesty, and open communication to all of our customers.

 

 

When purchasing this product, you are purchasing 8 large bouquets, and that is what you will receive. If for any reason we cannot deliver that product any certain week due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate that and give the option to extend the subscription or to choose a bouquet voucher for our farm stand.

 

 

Things come up on your end as well. We understand! If for any reason (vacation, sickness, etc) you will not be able to receive your bouquet any certain week, please let us know in advance and we will work it out!

 

 

We will send out via email reminders on Wednesday afternoons. We understand things come up last minute and will gladly accommodate your needs reasonably as long as you communicate with us. However, if we don't hear from you and your bouquet is left at the pickup location, your bouquet for that week will be forfeited. If this happens more than once, the rest of your subscription will be forfeited without refund. 

 

 

When purchasing a subscription from us, you are purchasing a share of our farm to be fulfilled at a later date. We fully value your trust in us to deliver a quality product. And we hope to always exceed your expectations. Thank you so much for your business!
